feat: window docking buttons (left/center/right) via figma.ui.reposition

- main.ts: add DOCK_WINDOW handler using figma.viewport.bounds + figma.ui.resize/reposition
- ui.tsx: add dock buttons (Left/Center/Right) + keep expand/collapse + drag handle
